On Friday September 17th, the Dothan Wolves returned home to host the Prattville Lions in a 7A-Region 2 game. Prattville would win 24-7, but the Wolves showed plenty of fight and only trailed 14-7 going into the fourth quarter.

In the final game of the season, the Dothan Wolves lost 35-7 to the McGill-Toolen Yellow Jackets out of Mobile. The Wolves got off to a good start by jumping in front 7-0. It was 35 unanswered points after than by the Yellow Jackets. In their first year in 7A the Dothan Wolves end the season at 2-7.

On the final coaches show of the season, Jerry Coleman and Ken Lambert are joined by Coach Smitty Grider to review the Wolves win over Smiths Station and preview the season finale against McGill-Toolen.

In the final home game of the season the Dothan Wolves defeated the Smiths Station Panthers 35-31 in a thrilling contest.
