Democrats have long claimed to be the party fighting for women’s rights. After allegations of sexual misconduct involving Republican Senate candidate Roy Moore surfaced, prominent Democrats had no problem going on the attack, calling for Moore to step down and bow out of the race. But now, a number of women have stepped forward to accuse Democratic Congressman John Conyers of sexual harassment, and the response has been much more measured. Sunday, Nancy Pelosi said that Conyers was entitled to due process before anyone rushes to judgement. Are you surprised to hear Democrats treat this issue as purely partisan? Does the left always protect their own, despite the inherent hypocrisy? If you call for Moore to step down, should you also be calling for Conyers to step down?
