It's an amazing story how Axl, Slash, Duff, Izzy and Steven would come to Hollywood California and begin to crawl their way from the sleasy Sunset Strip of the 1980's to become one of the biggest bands in the world. It was a story of true grit and a band's detemrination to make it in a world of booze, drugs, stripper's and an ultra competitive club scene. We look at the band's origin in LA and their shows which catapulted them to the top of the sunset club scene  leading up to their signing with Geffen Record's.

As Guns lay dormant in 1994 seemingly unable to get going on a follow up to 1993's punk cover's album Slash worked on demos for new material at his home studio. When the tracks where rejected for the next Guns record he would go about recording the tracks with some GN'R member's and a new vocalist Eric Dover. The album was completed quickly and a tour would follow. After officially leaving GN'R Slash would rebuild his snakepit band with a new lineup. The project overall resulted in two album's. We take a look at them and the whirlwind surrounding Slash and Guns during this period of the mid to late 90's.

Izzy Stradlin one of the most integral parts of Guns N' Roses left the band at it's height in 1991. Following his departure he would form a new project the Ju Ju Hounds and go on to make a string of solo releases throughout the late 90's and 2000's. He continues to remain an elusive and fascinating character to this day. We look back at Izzy's story from his GN'R exit to the present day and pick what we think desereves a listen from Izzy's solid string of solo albums.

The Band's biggest hit. The one GN'R song that truly broke through to the masses. ACDC where down their longtime iconic lead singer, Guns N'Roses where getting ready to do their massive comeback Tour and somehow Axl Rose managed to step up and front both bands in the Summer of 2016. It seemed crazy then and it still does today. We discuss.
