Dan has been a professional speaker and real estate investor for over 25+ years and has spoken to over a million people in his career. He speaks on stages with the likes of Jordan Belfort, Tony Blair, Suzy Orman, Robert Kiyosaki and is one of Trump's top speakers for Trump University.  

Dan bought the Professional Speakers Bureau 5 years ago.  The Professional Speakers Bureau connects venues needing speakers to a wide variety of very talented and high profile speakers and books hundreds of speakers every year.

Dan shared with us some of his most important business secrets and that focuses on knowing your competition. Like really knowing them. Doing intensive understanding of their programs, offerings and pricing and then positioning yourself appropriately.

Next Dan dives into the importance of being super intentional about having an exit strategy from day 1.  When you have that, you have a goal to strive for and that exit really dictates every action you take in your company.  And you will find that your growth rate will be greater than without any intentional exit goal.

Dan also hits on the importance of, as a CEO, taking a speaking course (not unlike the one he offers), and improving your capabilities in communication and speaking in front of a crowd.  This dramatically increases your impact and ability to inspire others to take action.
