Meet Sarah Taylor, an unstoppable C.O.O and C.T.O of one of Melbourne’s hottest start-ups, transformational health coach, nutritional healer and international speaker. 

As a formerly obese 40year old, Sarah turned her life around beating depression and a complete physical breakdown, accidentally getting into bodybuilding at age 42 and going on to become a 21-time World Champion by age 49. 

Living by her motto ‘It’s never too late, start today’, Sarah is passionate about helping  40+ and busy working women transform their health and fitness and regain their energy and vitality in all aspects of their lives.  She shares how nutrition can both hurt or heal in Episode 44.
