In the second hour, The Judge, Dan Jacobs Dan is joined by the host of our morning show, Mike Evans, to chop it up about TV disputes and how we consume our sports. Then they get into Mike’s time in the DFW area and the big game that happened down there. Mike chimes in on the CU bandwagon, who’s allowed to hop on? Should we gatekeep the Buffs? Then they close out their conversation with some Bronco talk, Mike thinks Sunday’s game is an absolute must win for Sean Payton. Then Dan gauges reaction to his chat with Mike, ranging from the level of excitement about our two football teams to a comparison between Russ and Shedeur. He gets back into the “there are no Rockies fans” topic to close out the hour.

In the first hour, Judge Dan Jacobs fills in on this Labor Day to tell us all about his field trip to the grand debut of the Prime CU Buffs. He tells us all about the Texan folks he met and whose expectations were completely defied as he breaks down the game proper. He sings the praises of Shedeur Sanders, in fact, Dan thinks he’ll be better than Russ this season for a very important reason. Dan dishes on just how surprising the level of preparedness and heart we saw from Coach Prime and the Buffs really was. He refers to the text line to close out the first hour talking about how much more exciting the Buffs are than the Broncos.

Stokley and Nate kicked off the show reflecting on their time being teammates and what it was like playing under Josh McDaniels. Is Courtland Sutton going to have the same impact Michael Thomas had under Sean Payton? How much will it hurt the Broncos by losing two wide receivers to the Chiefs and Raiders?

In the 2nd hour, Stokley and Nate gave their top five things that excites them about the Broncos this season. Will Russell Wilson allow Sean Payton to coach him? The fellas discussed who is going to replace Jerry Jeudy if he’s not healthy for Week 1. Who’s really running the show, Payton or George Paton?

In the 3rd hour, Stokley and Nate talked about how important a head coach and general manager relationship needs to be in the NFL. Charles Johnson joined the show to preview CU taking on TCU tomorrow morning. What are CU’s expectations this season? The fellas discussed if Russell Wilson can play like Jalen Hurts did last season.

In the final hour, Stokley and Nate discussed if Jerry Jeudy can bounce back this season. Nate told a story on what it was like playing against the Raiders in Oakland. Are the Broncos and CU Buffs going to hit the over on their season win totals? Will Russell Wilson allow Sean Payton to coach him?

Stokley and Zach kicked off the show reacting to Stoke being featured in The Denver Post. Is Courtland Sutton ready for a Michael Thomas type role in Sean Payton’s offense? The fellas gave their thoughts on Georgia being named the favorite to win the national championship again this season. Who has the better shot to go over their season win total, the Broncos or Colorado?

Brian Howell of Buffzone.com joined the show to get us ready for CU football taking on TCU this weekend. Are the Broncos going to regret losing some of their wide receivers like Montrell Washington?

In the final hour, Stokley and Zach were joined by Mike Klis to recap the 53-man roster for the Broncos. Klis also gave his final prediction on how many games the Broncos will win this year. Will Petersen joined the show to give his thoughts on the Rockies being in line to lose 100 games this season. The guys then played trivia and previewed tonight's college football games.
