*Attorney Lem Howell comments on the voter suppression legislation being introduced by state legislators across the country and provide a historical overview of the struggle Blacks had to endure for the right to vote.

*Bob Armstead, Washington State Civil Rights Coalition reports on progress being made to restore Affirmative Action in Washington State after a 23 year absence. He will also update the CRC's efforts to restore Affirmative Action and removing the main barrier to equality, Governor's Directive 98-01.
