Down 2 Art

In this episode, I’m sharing an almost unedited voice message I sent to a friend in 2021 about creativity — how it comes back, why it resists pressure, and whatit actually needs to stay.

We talk about creativity as a relationship, not a task, and why forcing output often creates more blocks instead of clarity.

If you’ve felt your creativity trying to return quietly, this episode is for you.

My Visionary Artist Master Program (VAMP) is a supportive container for artists who want to:

• reconnect with their artistic voice
• develop a consistent, sustainable creative practice
• work through blocks without pressure or isolation
• create work that feels alive, cohesive, and true
