The Right Fit features a brother/sister podcasting duo covering the wild and wacky world of working out. US Navy SEAL Kaj Larsen, and emergency room physician Dr. Jaiva Larsen, try out all kinds of different ways to get fit while inspiring and informing their listeners. Kaj and Jaiva started this thing before the pandemic when they could drop in for workouts from fitness classics like pilates, CrossFit, and HIIT, to newfangled boutique fitness trends like eat-the-frog and F45.  As the world changes in the middle of the lockdowns, Kaj and Jaiva pivot to evaluating the crowded array of virtual workouts. They take their listeners through the ins and outs of everything from Yoga apps to Youtube dance workouts, helping the audience navigate the world wide web of workouts.
