I would not call myself a True Crime afficionado. But there was something about this story that sucked me in. Everything about it flies in the face of conventional wisdom. It defies the laws of logic and reason. It is a reality show murder with no clearcut answers explaning why.

It's now been 4 years since that dreaded morning. Like all terrible true crime tales one can wonder how things might have been averted. Was this just inevitable or was there something that could have stopped the Titanic from hitting the iceberg? One wonders how this lovely  picture perfect family fell so far so fast and whether this was going to happen no matter what. In this episode I explore some of the what ifs and how things might have potentially gone differently under different circumstances.
