In The Ascent of Mount Carmel, St. John of The Cross expounds upon the essential methods for attaining divine union with Christ efficiently and effectively here on Earth. Within this profound work, three integral components shape the ascent of Mount Carmel: the depiction of the mount of perfection, the experience of the dark night, and the insightful treatise expounded upon in each of these transformative phases.

Hello everyone HOPE you guys enjoy our first episode, you will hear us go off track a bit but it all connects to our central point we discuss in this episode. I know our episodes might seem "unprofessional" or unscripted. Our intention was never to make it professional, but something more authentic and natural, and we felt like if we took the "professional" route we wouldn't enjoy it as much, but yeah much love to everyone and see you on the next episode ... When it comes to our thoughts we tend to think that we should automatically get rid of the negative ones, we try so hard to not think of things and then we find ourselves thinking of those exact things. When we think of negative thoughts we try so much to resist them thus they come back 10x harder to bite us, if we can just allow and observe our unserving and negative feelings to linger and run through our minds we can live a much happier life. One of the greatest gifts we can ask for as humans is to see ourselves as others see us, observation of thoughts and it's patterns can give us that gift. The more you resist the more it persists.
