What's the future like for the Laborers' Union? Recruitment and Apprenticeship is a major factor and leading that battle is Vince Irvin. Vince has been a member of the Laborers' Union for many years, working in many areas of the construction industry. When the opportunity became available for him to become an ambassador for the Laborers' Apprenticeship Program, he jumped at the opportunity.
