Jesus states at the end of Matthew 28 to go in all the world…signifying that the gospel must be preached to those who have never heard of him. Fortunately, we do not necessarily need to travel to the other side of the world. We can start with our friends who are not in the church. This week we will study and look at some examples of how we can minister to our friends who are not in the church.

For thousands of years, the church has gathered together to worship and support one another. Paul consistently wrote notes of encouragement in his epistles, and taught that we should pray for one another. This week we will look at the importance of caring for our fellow church members, and ways to support and work together.

Friendship is a key component of discipleship. From David and Jonathon, to Paul Timothy and Barnabas, the Bible is filled with examples of friendship. In fact the gospel was primarily spread via word of mouth to friends and family. This week we will explore how we can minister and love our friends, even when we don't have all of the answers.

Your family to some degree, has shaped and molded you as a person. All families have their own strengths and weaknesses. This week we will look at how we can minister to them with love, and influence them through prayer and discipleship.

This week we begin a new series called "My 12 People". We will look at the church's role of sharing the gospel, the challenges the church faces in today's age, and laying down the framework for the new series.

To close out our final theme that we will explore the story of the death and resurrection of Jesus and what it means for us as believers. Not only was it predicted in the Old Testament, but Jesus indicates it openly to his unsuspecting disciples. We'll also look at his last words that He shared with the disciples to go forth as a church to share the good news.

As Adventists, we look forward to the coming of Jesus. In fact it's part of our name and identity. Yet this idea strikes fear in some who wonder, am I ready? This week we look at several chapters in the book of Matthew that point to Jesus' return, and how we can be better prepared for our Lord and Savior.

Though the gospel of Matthew was written primarily for a Jewish audience, Jesus is steadfast and adamant that salvation is for all. This week we will look at several examples of faith from Jesus genealogy, to the faith of a centurion, and the faith of a Canaanite mother.
