This episode goes downhill fast when Tamara just wants to do a relaxing face mask with her friend, but Rheannon is worried her face is melting. That is right we do face masks live on the pod, what could go wrong? Doesn’t help that Rheannon has no patience for directions... hear how that goes and other stories from our week that went downhill fast. 

This weeks episode goes downhill fast right from the start with Tamara beefing with Diego, who yes is a cat.  Neither cat nor human wants to stand down, and things well go downhill fast.  Tamara is shook to say the least. Rheannon tells a story that had her wearing sweats, flannel, and her deck boots leading Cinnamon to realize that her wife could be an extension of some of the reality tv shows she watches.  She certainly dresses the part sometimes, appearing like the show becomes 3D. Tamara shares the real downside of dessert while doing a fasting challenge, and both Rheannon and Tamara lament about having more people doing the challenge leading to less cheat days and a whole lot more Smack Talk.

This weeks episode kicks off with Rheannon and Tamara questioning if downhill fast is the best slogan for a ski resort. We take turns sharing stories of trying to teach kids to ski and how we learned to ski as kids.  Then Rheannon answers questions posed by PimpSmack and Tamara about all things ranging from can you box with your hair down to why if you enjoy sleep so much do we have to leave for road trips at 6:00 am.  Then Tamara and Rheannon reflect on in the new year trying to get outside more and really take time to enjoy the little things. 

This weeks episode goes downhill fast with stories from the ski slope.  Both PimpSmack and Cinnamon had some trouble with directions, which Rheannon denies being any part of.  There is a little disagreement about how much pasta is too much pasta for John Wayne. Tamara shares a story about trying something fancy and it might have been too fancy for her.   Then the smack talk starts immediately as Cinnamon and PimpSmack join the workout challenge, what could go wrong?

This week's episode is a little delayed due to the holidays.  Episode kicks off with Tamara still trying to figure out the fasting rules, even though we are months into the challenge.  Rheannon wants to explore high tech boxing workout equipment, and Tamara has a couple of questions and concerns. Rheannon is tricked into a sad movie, spoiler alert, she reviews Marriage Story. Tamara explains her take on Christmas shopping, while Rheannon seems to think it is ok to wear your Christmas present three weeks before Christmas!!! Tamara obviously has some problems with this.  We get on a couple of detours and one includes a shark attack and danger noodles. 

This week's episode kicks off with Tamara and Rheannon catching up after the Thanksgiving break.  The cats are stretching their legs and exploring outside, even if that means trying to get at the chickens. John is really trying hard to eat everything he can find and some things he really shouldn't eat.  Rheannon has some thoughts after seeing Frozen 2 in the theater.  Spoiler alert Tamara has some opinions even though she hasn't seen the movie, and it will defiantly go downhill fast.  

This weeks episode kicks off with snacks at our new diner podcast set up.  Tamara went to war with the kittens over creating a blockade to protect the pretzels, and is worried about the kittens plotting their great escape.  Tamara shares the story of when her car had more car trouble , this time with smoke. Rheannon and Tamara once and for all settle the argument about terms for the water challenge. 

This week’s episode we have the pleasure of hosting a very special guest Anal Stacy! Uphill Slow joins Tamara and Rheannon to answer questions and get to the bottom once and for all. There might be an entire tangent on nipple piercings. The good, the bad, and the things you maybe don’t think of unless you have had one. With a full podcast studio it goes downhill fast! 

Uphill Slow/ Downhill Fast Mashup ish... well without Tamara. There is a mishap with a minion onesie in a Haunted House, and let’s just say the haunted house went just as downhill fast as you might imagine. PimpSmack gets all of her massage questions answered by Rheannon. To be sure oh so many questions!! The tried and true questions like do I have to get naked and how much talking is ok.  You know it is is a little downhill fast and a little uphill slow minus Tamara. 

This weeks episode kicks off with Rheannon talking about how she went big this Halloween.  She undertook a large project to try and make the perfect Halloween costume for her niece.  Although it didn't go downhill fast it did maybe get away from her.  Tamara shares what scares her, which maybe is driving with half her headlights burned out.  That definitely could go downhill fast!
