This series is amazing. I've read all of them and have re-read them and they are beautifully written, giving the reader a feel of being right there in the middle of what's going on. I highly recommend this book! I will be reading it again because it is that much of a thriller with one exception - these things will come to pass. Some of the things in this book are evident in today's world.

Awesome!
LOVE this book!
Rapturous Joy
I found this third prequel to be just as inspirational as all the others in this series. I believe all saved people should read the entire series in order to strengthen their witness to the lost. I believe that any lost person brave enough to read these books with an open heart and mind will be compelled to come to Jesus as the sinners we all are and will be saved through the love and compassion of Jesus. l rejoice that I am no better or worse than anyone I will ever have the opportunity to potentially lead to Christ, but forgiven saved by the grace of God the father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit.
Too much filler
As some other reviewers noted, this book tends to get repetitious after the first half (when the rapture occurs). The scenes in heaven of the saints receiving their rewards were, by and large, unnecessary. I was bored and had to push myself to finish. A few stories, okay, but as many as there were? Too many. Every time another heaven scene came up I thought, "Oh no, here we go again." Dry, boring, and slow.
This is the worst of the three prequels and I think the worst of all the books yet. All the stuff that needed to be covered in this book could have been covered in less than half the space and produced a better book.
A couple things I liked about the book:
Finding out more about Chris Smith, Rayford's co-pilot on the fateful flight. He's much more a POV character in this book. While his story is completely unbelievable (two wives? come on!), I liked getting into his head and finding out the fate of a character who is absent after book 1 of the original series.
Learning more about Abdullah "Smitty" Ababneh and how he came to faith. I've always liked his character.
I sincerely hope the last book is better.
