Author: Carlos Bardem

Narrator: Carlos Bardem

Format: Unabridged Audiobook

Length: 10 hours 8 minutes

Release date: September 14, 2023

Genres: LGBTQ+

Publisher's Summary:

Title: [Belarusian] -

Author:

Narrator:

Format: Unabridged Audiobook

Length: 11 hours 30 minutes

Release date: September 13, 2023

Genres: LGBTQ+

Publisher's Summary:

Title: [Spanish] - Ceniza en la boca

Author: Brenda Navarro

Narrator: Brenda Navarro

Format: Unabridged Audiobook

Length: 6 hours 3 minutes

Release date: September 13, 2023

Genres: LGBTQ+

Publisher's Summary:

Title: Bayou

Author: Pamela Jekel

Narrator: Mary Sarah

Format: Unabridged Audiobook

Length: 26 hours 34 minutes

Release date: September 5, 2023

Genres: LGBTQ+

Publisher's Summary:

Bayou is Pamela Jekel’s masterpiece of the deep Southern delta country, hailed as “Best Historic Fiction” by Library Journal, a New York Times bestseller, and a Waldenbooks bestseller. From the Cajun swamp cabins to the great river plantations of the Mississippi and the glittering night spots of Jazz Age New Orleans, Bayou sweeps readers into the mysterious and fascinating Louisiana delta and into the hearts and lives of four indomitable women: Olivia, a headstrong Cajun beauty, Celisma, a fiercely loyal mulatto slave, Manon, the toast of New Orleans, and Zoe, a convent-bred Creole who seeks and finds her destiny on her own terms. Jekel brings the sultry delta alive with rich historical detail, a glittering mirage of Louisiana cockfights and duels, Mardi Gras, opulent plantations and sleazy “Big Easy” bordellos, jazz clubs and steamboats and voodoo queens in this lushly fertile Eden. Spanning a hundred and fifty years of a land under ten different flags. Bayou is cotton and the War of 1812, sugar cane and the Civil War, and moonshine and World War I. Bayou is four generations of cultural clashes in a violent and seductive world, at once exotic and uniquely American, a way of life that will never be seen again.

Title: [Spanish] - La primera mestiza.

—No. Tú habrás de encontrar tu causa. Desafía a quien te intente opacar.

Title: JOB

Author: Joseph Roth

Narrator: Leon Stephens

Format: Unabridged Audiobook

Length: 5 hours 24 minutes

Release date: August 24, 2023

Genres: LGBTQ+

Publisher's Summary:

JOB by Joseph Roth (HIOB, 1930) is a modern retelling of the Biblical story in a mixed form, fable and realism. It follows the fortunes of the Singer family from Western Russia at the end of the 19th century to New York in the early 20th. Stefan Zweig wrote: 'JOB, more than a novel and a legend, is a pure, perfect poem of our time, and if I am not mistaken, the only one certain to outlast all that we, its contemporaries, have created and written.' Heinrich Böll comments: 'Joseph Roth's novels transpire in a world that is no longer: the world of Eastern Jewry, as Roth describes it in JOB, existed up to 1940: in that year the murderers swept it away. Thus Joseph Roth's work is not only poetry and great prose, it is also documentation of everyday Jewish life, such as is seldom to be found.'
