Really Exciting Start to a Series!

I think blow job erotica is usually poorly written. It's rarely written from the woman's point of view, and it rarely is the focus of the story, usually just a part of the foreplay leading up. In Laura Licks, Jessica Crocker makes the blow job an art form. I like it a lot. The character of Laura is really well developed, and the idea of a girl offering oral sex for legal services is a hoot. I especially loved Laura's justification, that she'd blown men just because she'd liked the movies she'd been taken to.

This isn't your run of the mill erotica. There is a real character, real plot, and then, one heck of a great, explicit oral sex scene. I loved it.

2-in-1 Review of Vol 1 & 2 of Dark Tales Diaries by London Saint James

From a mistress with a fetish for her red heels, to a professor indulging in a little play with his assistant on the observation deck, to even an empty nester mom vying for her first big O--yeah, you read that correctly--there's definitely something for everyone in Ms. James' Dark Tales Diaries volumes. Kinks of all kinds are opened up for the characters, as well as the reader, to explore in these stories. No two are the same, and each leaves its own impression if I may say so myself. While each story is short in its own right, I would say there was a decent lead-up, arc, and very satisfying end for every tale.

I learned something interesting while listening to the Dark Tales, and thank you Ms. James, because it was one heck of an eye-opener for me. I'm not big on the BDSM while reading unless there's a Domme in play, but holy mother ... I do love to listen even without the Domme there to flex her control.

Thrust was a great narrator for these tales. A perfect pick, really. His voice is edgy with just enough of a man's growl to make it work. I have to give him props on his vocal acting, seriously. He brings the dialog to life with his voice.

I was thoroughly pleased with the reading and the length. It kept me engaged and entertained. I'm not sure a particularly long novel in audio format would have worked as well for me as these erotic tales did. Four stars well-done and I'm already looking at the next short audio read to get on my phone from London.

Dark Tales Diaries 2 follows the same principles as the first book, a glimpse into the life of Tristan and then the letters which have been submitted to his publishing company. I enjoyed this book as much as the first one. The author continues with Tristans quest to find Keira and then the hot tales of three submissions are read. And I do mean hot!

The narrator is incredible in book one and he does the same superb job in book two. I highly recommend getting the first and second audiobooks, not only for the stories but for the marvelous narration as well.

Im hoping we have book 3 soon, since Tristans story of finding the woman he loved must continue until we know what happened. Will he be reunited with her?

The concept of this book is unique and made up of a set of short stories. I was blown away by this audiobook actually and by the way the author writes a beautiful yet sexy tale about one man on a quest to find his lost love within the pages of people stories written to his publishing company. We get a glimpse of him, and then hear each story submission to Dear Dark Tales

The narration was just as awesome as the stories. The narrator has one of those voices that make you take notice, continue to listen, and make you want to swoon. Sexy voice! I have moved him to my list of must hear narrators.

If you enjoy erotic short stories you don't want to miss out listening to this audiobook. Im looking forward to listening to book two.

Dear Dark Tales,

Great story! The premise of this story is romantic. Tristan spends years going through submitted letters in search of his lost love. The majority of the story though, revolves around 3 steamy stories shared by women. The author does an excellent job at making each story distinct and hot. With that said, the sexual scenes are not lengthy and I was left wanting to hear more of their told accounts. The scenes could have been prologned had the women not gotten off so quickly. However, I'm glad I listened to the audible version because it added to the overall erotic theme. The narrator was made for this genre and absolutely makes all the voices in the story sexy and fun to listen to. If you don't hear the audio you're missing out! I look forward to listening to the second book!

This is an interesting idea for a book. Three stories of naughtiness make up this novella. All three "tales" are of the kinky nature involving domination and submission.

Gwin and Tristan are super hot together and really deserve a full length novella.

The neighbors were somewhat bland to me, yes BDSM was involved but I found the narration of them both annoying.

As far as the computer programmer seeking a hot interlude. This was also just Okay for me.
