You will fall in love with Percy, the main character. She is just so delightful, funny, and real.

She portrayed the humor of the book perfectly. The different accents of the characters were natural and believable. I will definitely look for more books read by Lara J. West.

Being English, and having lived in Norwich, this book was like a visit home. British humor is the best!

Fantastic funny uplifting

It's funny uplifting and a very good read

Loved it

I've been using audible for a couple of months now and always seem to find myself listening to a story that involves some sort of domestic violence or crime and I was really after a feel good book.

This is my first review because this book was exactly what I was after, a chilled out, relevant story that made me chuckle and yeah. Would recommend if you're up for a feel good book :)

Just knock sexuality back a few decades

Seriously, please look up bisexual in the dictionary and don't write books where a character dithers between gay and straight like everyone can just choose one. That's not how sexuality works.

Funny for the wrong reasons

Story is very cheesy but the first was too so I was willing to give it a go. However I didn't feel the story moved along enough to hold my interest.

Follows on where Burn left off and very similar

If you are familiar with the author the stories are quite predicable so the ending had no great surprises. There will clearly be a sequel though as there is unfinished business to take care of

Which character as performed by Cat Doucette was your favourite?

Harper - though I do like her imp co-workers

Not a great fan of Knox - he is peformed well by Cat but his character is a bit 2 dimensional

Its a continuation of the story where Burn left off and there must be a follow on book in the works - If you liked Burn you will like this - but definitely read Burn first

For me the Narration is top class, the story's in this series aren't as good as the Phoenix pack books but they are fine for easy listening whilst doing other things.

Love Katy Collins Books

I have read all of Ms. Collins books and love them all. I feel like I am wherever she takes me. Funny and full of surprises. Can't wait for her next book Chasing the Sun.

Not what I expected

I was really, really hoping for an interesting read about the beautiful and fascinating country of Chile here, and in that sense this book didn't even come close. The opening was quite slow and the characters didn't even get to Chile until almost halfway through the book, where our first glimpse of the country is a strange bathroom performance! Too hip for me...

As good as books 1 & 2!

I pre-ordered this book after reading the first two in this series. I enjoyed this one as much, if not more. As I followed along in Ben & Georgia's journey it has been exciting to see Georgia's journey change and grow. Sappy, yes? But then again, I'm a sucker for travel & love. I look forward to reading more from this author.

Happy Ever After

I loved this new reader, her voice is gentle, like you imagine Matilda's voice to be. The story was believable, and had the right balance of happy as well as unhappy things happen.

I love the tangled plot Betty Neel's weaves in her books, and the unhurried way she brings her story to it happy ending, just right for a book at bed time.

I love these morally clean little books, and wish all of Betty Neel's books could be made Audible, since I go to sleep listening to the story, setting the automatic switch off, that makes sure I never lose my place.

Would you consider the audio edition of Letters from Lighthouse Cottage to be better than the print version?

Although I haven't read it in print, I think the audiobook is inspiring me to do so, just in case I missed some details in the mystery of Remy.

What other book might you compare Letters from Lighthouse Cottage to and why?

I honestly don't know...it's that unique.

What does Emma Powell bring to the story that you wouldnt experience if you just read the book?

She has a pleasant voice, and didn't over-do any of the voices. I would buy more books narrated by her.

I highly recommend this story. I bought it for the predictable feel-good romance, and I ended up getting so much more. I had to stay up all night listening, mainly trying to figure out the mystery surrounding the letters. In the end, the mystery is only partly solved, and yet that is the most perfect ending. I also loved all the characters, and was surprised by the amount of depth and honest emotion in this story, especially in the mother-daughter relationship.

A type of spirit healing

A really good and very interesting story. Very different from the norm with a twist in the whole of the story line. A bit frustrating in parts as the heroin misses the plot but this is probably the " art" of this tale. Very enjoyable and well recommended

What a Great Read!

Bryan Mooneys' "Been in Love Before" is an intricately woven story about family and true love. I fell in love with every character, and at the end of the novel found myself wanting to hear more about each one. The accuracy of the traditions, places, and historical information embedded in the storyline was unexpected and refreshing. This is a novel that you feel like you can walk right into, as a member of the cast so to speak. So many of the characters represent someone all of us have known in our lives, and the relatability really makes this a fun read. Every chapter ended and I'd say, "just one more chapter!" until I reached the end of the book. I have been a Mooney fan since his early works Love Letters, Indie, and A Second Chance, especially because his writing is remniscent of Nicholas Sparks. Christmas in Vermont was my former favorite of his novels, but Been in Love Before is my new fave! Mr. Mooney is truly carving out a niche for himself in adult romantic fiction, surpassing his competition and impressing me more and more with each novel! His eloquence and respectful way of delivering a love story are captivating and endearing! The artfully written storyline and well crafted characters in this book made it stand out among the rest of my Summer reading! I'm recommending Been in Love Before to all of my friends!
