Hey, everyone! Today we sat with Rio Maniak aka Cholo Juan from Oxnard. Maniak is a gang member trying to change his life around from. He is an Oxnard native who spent most of his life locked up behind bars or on the streets of Oxnard gang banging. After getting out of prison, Maniak decided to try something different and took an interest in creating content. His Youtube channel "@Cholo Juan " has 7K+ subs and 16K on his Instagram @Sin.For.Sin. I have always found the gang life very fascinating and I wanted to pick Maniak's brain on the lifestyle. He brought up some very great points about how hard it is for ex-cons to get their life back together and how the cards are stacked agains them. Maniak has 6 months until he is off of a 15+ year probation and I am so excited for him and his new chapter in life. Please show Maniak some love and if you enjoy this podcast, please tell a friend!

Today we sat with David Figg of House Of Gains Gym in Oxnard, CA. David is a high functioning individual with a drive to succeed that he has had since he was young. As a late teen he got the idea to start a gym. Even after having a full ride scholarship on the table to college, he followed his dream and made it come true. Today we sat with Young Quicks. Young Quicks is a songwriter, recording artist and entertainer out of Oxnard, CA. At the moment his new song "Oxnard" is playing multiple times daily on the radio. His new success was not seen overnight. He has been making music from 2012 and earlier. Young Quicks is a hard worker and he also gives back with his yearly holiday giveaway. His story is very inspirational and we are excited to see the growth of his career.

Today we sat with Finding Nick! Nick is a content creator in the automotive space. He's a young, motivated and hard working individual who has made a name for himself in the Youtube space and beyond. He had an interest for making videos which stared back in his early days filming BMX which turned into filming music videos to cars and now a Youtube channel with 225K subs. Since then we have built a relationship and even attended the Bimmer Invasion event in Orlando and their new stop, Los Angeles. Today we sat with Neeks the owner of Secret777s. Neeks started his brand not long ago and it has turned into one of the biggest streetwear brands to come out of the 805. Neeks created the logo while working at a dealership on his downtime. He had no plans to start a brand, yet the first batch of hoodies sold out even before the brand had a name. Now you can see his logo all over the 805 and beyond. He took an idea and ran with it and created something special.
