As we conclude our study of Ephesians, Paul spends some time talking about how we are to interact with one another in our various roles and why it is important that, as Christians, we stand out and live differently than the world around us. Paul then transitions into talking about how we are to partner with God and put on the whole armor of God as we face evil and fight alongside our God to bring his kingdom into this world. Join us as we finish our series, Why Church Matters.

Continuing our study in Ephesians, Paul begins to list a bunch of rules and expectations for the church in Ephesus. Why are there so many rules? Why does Paul make such a big deal about it that he "insists" that we follow? Today we explore how the day to day life of disciples does matter and why if it didn't, then church wouldn't matter either.

With all that goes on in the world and everything that we can be divided over, why is it so important that christians are unified? As we continue our study through Ephesians, Paul shifts his focus from God's plan of the gospel, to how the disciples in Ephesus were to live because of the gospel. Niah explores the implications of this for us in church today and how we are called to live in unity.

Loving one another, being patient, forgiving one another, these are all high callings for Christians. How are we supposed to balance all that, plus our normal daily lives? Today we look at Paul's prayer for the Ephesian church and his reminder that where we draw our strength and power from matters if we want to be able to live out God's vision for His church.

We are kicking off a new series: Why Church Matters. What is the big deal about church? As we dig into the Book of Ephesians we hope to draw out why we were called to come together as believers rather than live out our faith on our own.

When it comes to using our gifts to honor God, what makes a worthy sacrifice? In a season where we are focused on giving, how do we know we are giving a gift that is worthy of Him? This week, Wes dives into the story of Cain and Abel and looks into what makes a gift worthy.

Everything has a purpose. Including us! What did Jesus mean when He said that we were the "salt of the earth" the "light of the world" and a "town on a hill"? What do those roles mean and how are we supposed to live them out? What is the role of christians and the church in regards to being a light to the world?

This week we are kicking off our season of missions, and we are starting a new series titled: Eyes That See. In the hustle and chaos of our daily lives it can be hard to see beyond ourselves. Today we talk about seeing God's heart for his children and how he wants to partner with us to bring the Gospel to the world, but in order to do so, we must first see the heart of our Father.

Congregational Service with Northside and Tribe worship centers! For the first time in 2 years we come together and talk about the collective vision for Austin Christian Church. As we move forward, we want to focus on walking as Jesus did. Dave and Brian discuss passages in Ephesians 4 and 5 and how to walk in the way of Jesus.
