Five people have been killed and several others injured in a horrific multi-vehicle pile-up on the N3 between Hilton and Cedara outside Pietermaritzburg. Over twenty vehicles were involved, including minibus taxis. Meanwhile, in the Eastern Cape, 40 people died on the province's roads during the Easter weekend.
