This episode focus in on finding our purpose through transformation.  That a transformative work brings forth new things, an unleashing for yearning and learning for greater.

When a man becomes a father there are expectations place upon him. He becomes the mentor, guide, provider, security, director for his child. The one that is able to solve everything. He is looked up to as the "all-knowing and all-powerful one to his child. In this session the emphasis in on the Father-Daughter dynamic. 

Today's podcast emphasis is on our taking assessment of our time, emotions and energy. Doing this will help us dissipate stress in our lives. That when we are focused on managing our time wisely we have better outcomes. When we manage our emotions we function better. Also, that when we eat right, rest well we are more energized for the day. 

 With 800,000 thousand government workers on furlough or working without pay creates many issues for them. The President of the U.S. is still holding out for more money for a wall. What the wall has to do with employees being able to work and earn their pay is beyond me. This episode looks at some of the ways this government shutdown is impacting people and businesses. 

There will be times when we feel we can't stand. We may feel stuck, consumed and overcome by the failures and challenges that occur. Easily one may become overwhelmed and feel all alone. However, we must learn as David in the Bible did, God never fails us and we can endure without complaining.

The flood is the enemy and how he comes at us is the hit. However, if we have some insight, some arsenal we can withstand and shift from his attacks. We will be able to stand in the midst of all that the enemy tries to bring to our minds.

 We are nearing the end of 2018 and processing forward towards 2019. What will the new year bring us? For many have a desire for something fresh, better, and more. Maybe you want to overcome a habit, to improve on something.    

It is always a good idea to look behind and reflect, but this should be done often and not just one day of the year. We should always stop and analyze, to look at our priorities, values, pursuits, and goals. Asking self is what I’m doing for my best benefit and growth.
