1 . पैप स्मीयर(Pap Smear) क्या होता है ?
Pap smear एक टेस्ट है जिससे की सर्वाइकल कैंसर की संभावनाओं की जाँच की जाती है।
2. पैप स्मीयर(Pap Smear) क्यों करना चाहिए ?

3. कितनी बार पैप स्मीयर(Pap Smear) करवाना चाहिए? इस टेस्ट को प्रत्येक तीन साल में हरेक महिलाओं या युवा लड़कियों को करवाना चाहिए, जो की (sexsually active) हैं । यह एक सामान्य जाँच है , जिसकी जाँच एक स्त्री रोग विशेषज्ञ (gynecologist) करतीं हैं। पैप स्मीयर(Pap Smear) से बीमारी का जल्दी पता लगा कर ,सर्वाइकल कैंसर से बच सकते है। 4 . और ये किसको करना चाहिए ?
ये जाँच 21 साल से 65 साल के बीच की सभी महिलाओं को करवाना चाहिए। यदि आप की उम्र 30 के ऊपर है तो आप पैप स्मीयर (Pap Smear) टेस्ट के साथ साथ HPV DNA testing भी करवा सकते हैं, जिसे की प्रत्येक पांच साल में करना होता है।
