Producer, investigative reporter, and attorney, Harvey Levin serves as Executive Producer of the TMZ brands.  

Harvey has received nine Emmy® Awards and numerous other local and national awards for news and investigative reporting at the NBC and CBS affiliates in Los Angeles.  Levin has created a series called “Objectified” which aired on Fox News Channel.  Prior to TMZ, Harvey created and served as Executive Producer for the syndicated series “Celebrity Justice.”  Prior to launching “CJ,” Levin served as Co-Executive Producer and consultant for the television show “The People’s Court,” and he continues to host the interactive segments of the show.  Levin has also served as Executive Consultant on the syndicated program “Moral Court” and Managing Editor of the syndicated program “Superior Court.”  He spent a decade as an investigative reporter for KCBS-TV in Los Angeles and covered numerous high-profile court cases for a number of top CBS stations across the country, including affiliates in New York and Chicago.

Prior to 2008, Chris was the lead international kidnapping negotiator for the Federal Bureau of Investigation, as well as the FBI’s hostage negotiation representative for the National Security Council’s Hostage Working Group. During his government career, he also represented the U.S. Government at two (2) international conferences sponsored by the G-8 as an expert in kidnapping. Prior to becoming the FBI lead international kidnapping negotiator, Christopher served as the lead Crisis Negotiator for the New York City Division of the FBI. Christopher was a member of the New York City Joint Terrorist Task Force for 14 years. He was the case agent on such cases as TERRSTOP (the Blind Sheikh Case – Sheikh Omar Abdel-Rahman), the TWA Flight 800 catastrophe and negotiated the surrender of the first hostage taker to give up in the Chase Manhattan bank robbery hostage taking.

During Chris’s 24 year tenure in the Bureau, he was trained in the art of negotiation by not only the FBI but Scotland Yard and Harvard Law School. He is also a recipient of the Attorney General’s Award for Excellence in Law Enforcement and the FBI Agents Association Award for Distinguished and Exemplary Service.

Chris has taught business negotiation in the MBA program as an adjunct professor at University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business and at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business. He has taught business negotiation at Harvard University, guest lectured at The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, The IMD Business School in Lausanne, Switzerland and The Goethe School of Business in Frankfurt, Germany. Since 2009 Christopher has also worked with Insite Security as their Managing Director of the Kidnapping Resolution Practice.

Nicole Simpson is a highly motivated entrepreneur and accomplished beauty veteran in the aesthetics industry. As founder of Amethyst Beauty, she proves her innovation in the beauty space with a skin care line entirely dedicated to healing & protecting the skin from environmental toxins and skin stressors.

Nicole’s passion for skin care began at the early age of five years old, when she would rummage through her mother’s vanity and attempt to read the ingredients on the labels. Her career took another turn, when a rep for the Pierre-Fabre brand, Glytone, encouraged her to move into the education side of skin care in order to inspire and share knowledge with other aestheticians and dermatologists. 

From there, she moved on to become the AVP of Global Education and Business Development at SkinCeuticals/L’Oreal. There, Nicole led and managed all international business development and education initiatives for the brand across 37 markets.  

Nicole attributes the creation of Amethyst to a dream she had. When it comes to formulating skin care, she went back to her roots to develop a formula that actually works, and helps the skin heal itself from environmental toxins and stressors. Overtime, all the free radicals (AKA inflammation) and toxins exposed to the skin build up, because the body can only neutralize itself and heal its skin cells at a certain pace. When that accumulation happens, skin cells oxidize causing harmful reactions as severe as skin cancer. As the environment continues to change rapidly, Nicole strives to offer products that can help consumers augment their current skin routine & products, to ensure the skin is fully covered and protected from the declining environment.
