Meet the guest: Dr. Danyel Bueno Dalto is a veterinarian from Brazil who earned his Master’s and Ph.D. in Animal Science from Universidade Estadual de Londrina. Currently a research scientist at Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada, his work focuses on swine nutrition, particularly the metabolism of vitamins and trace minerals.
