One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest swept all the major categories at the Oscars but it has GLARING problems with the treatment of mental patients. Who decrees that? Dr Drew Pinsky takes time from doing the Dr. Drew podcast, Loveline with Adam Carolla, Celebrity Rehab, as well as being an actual doctor to tell us why Nurse Ratchet is the real hero, NOT Jack Nicholson. Drew explains why Danny DeVito, Christopher Lloyd, and the Chief should sue for medical malpractice. Lastly, he tells a few stories of some of the goings on that happen in psychiatric hospitals and why the mental health treatment in this film is terrible.
