With over 24 years of service in various followership and leadership endeavours, He has advocated for followers, transformational leadership, organizational culture and leadership development in political governance. Sobande is the Publisher and Executive Director of the African Leadership Journal and also a columnist with BusinessDay newspapers, where he writes weekly on strategic leadership principles and organisational culture. His manuscript, Leadership and Organisational Politics: How to win office politics and thrive in a competitive environment is scheduled to be published on December 1, 2022.
