Dr Francis Young is a British historian specialising in the history of religion and belief. As the author, editor or co-author of 18 books, and in his role as a Historian of Religion & Belief at the prestigious University of Oxford, he is an expert on issues as wide ranging as early modern Catholicism to the history of magic and witchcraft. He regularly appears on BBC radio and other media on issues of religious history.


He joins Nathan Eckersley to talk about King Charles' upcoming coronation and coming to terms with the crown's links to Britain's imperial past.
