In this episode, Dr Tony Nyundu-Bicanin chats with Dr Janet Dzator about community engagement in the context of Australia and Africa partnership, and also engagements with the African community in the Land of the Awabakal People (Newcastle, Australia).

Dr Dzator is a senior lecturer in the Economics department and the director of the Centre for African Research, Engagement and Partnerships (CARE-P) at the University of Newcastle (Australia). The conversation is mainly about the way CARE-P connects Australia and Africa with regards to research and community projects, and the relationship between CARE-P and the African community in Newcastle.
