Melanie Oliveiro speaks with Dr Joe Lee the founder of CHOCOELF, a homegrown artisanal chocolatier with chocolates that are made in Singapore and delivered fresh from a full-facility factory in Jurong. Dr Lee – who’s also a specialist in Urology and Andrology – will talk about how his passion for making chocolates started, how he founded the CHOCOELF café and brand, and how he works with other local partners to create different chocolate bar flavours like Umami Soy Brew, Fluffy Chicken Floss and Black Cold Brew.
