Dr. Jon Dean is currently a doctoral candidate in Molecular and Integrative Physiology at the University of Michigan. He holds a bachelor's in chemistry and a master's in physiology. Jon’s dissertation research focuses on the role of the prefrontal cortex in consciousness, anesthesia, and sleep. In 2019 he co-authored a research paper titled ‘Biosynthesis and Extracellular Concentrations of N,N-dimethyltryptamine (DMT) in Mammalian Brain’ which included some astonishing revelations about how important of a role DMT plays within mammalian bio-chemistry / neurological-function and reality-perception.
