Is it possible that what occured between two men tapped into a collective consciousness that expands out to include millions of others who, while being seperated by culture, race, and even citizenship are united within a collective consciousness that share a common experience of “feeling’ a “knee” across their neck. The sense of being powerless in the face of authority. The feeling that your voice is unheard and perhaps even worse unimportant.
