Dr. Kimberly Clay - Founder and CEO of Play Like a Girl

Early in her career, Dr. Kimberly Clay  saw the gender gap in education and health firsthand while working in underserved communities across the South. This led her to establish Play Like a Girl a non-profit organization working to level the playing field for girls by leveraging the skills gained from sports to propel young women into male-dominated careers in science, technology, engineering and mathematics. Today she is a mom, businesswoman and stem pioneer.

Girls Gone Boss is a Miami-based podcast created by Gaby Ortega, a veteran in the music industry who uses the platform to empower, inspire, build community, and live purposefully.
Over the past 5 years the podcast has made large impact in the community with a curated roster of women who share their stories of triumphs and failures to help the next generation of women dream big!
