It was another busy news weekend - with the ANC who plan to end load shedding before the end of the year or reduce it to Stage 2. This was revealed at the party's NEC Lekgotla at Esslen Park east of Johannesburg at the weekend. In the same breath, there have been murmurs of Deputy President David Mabuza's imminent resignation to pave the way for Paul Mashatile. And in KZN, former President Jacob Zuma was elected chairperson of SANCO in the province BUT some members of the civic organization say his election is illegitimate.
