I came across some articles recently in which some city and town governments were looing to ban dollar stores in their communities. My special guest, Steve Malanga has written about this phenomenon. Recorded before the COVID pandemic and recent events, this may seem like a small problem. However, I believe that communities need to band together and fight for what is in their best interest rather than rely on and allow large corporations to run their communities.

As the title says this is a father's day message to any and all fathers who wish to become the positive male role models that your community so desperately needs.

In this episode, I am a guest on the Issues Today Radio Show hosted by Kervin Julien. I was very pleased to be a part of a panel to discuss police reform. In light of the various police shootings and killings, the world is destined for change and Issues Today is hoping to be a part of that change. Issues Today Radio Show is produced in the UK and has a worldwide following.

We explored the Black church a lil, now we will take a look at African Spirituality. My guest is a retired police sergeant. He and I had long discussions about the church, religion, and many other topics. During our time on the job, he became an African spiritual leader and I wanted to explore that some more with him. I'm really sorry about the sound quality. We were in a crowded place and I did the best I could to drown out the background noise. I will certainly have him back on to continue the discussion.

This episode will feature other podcast hosts as we debate the use of the N-Word. I do not use it, but I know many that do and will continue to use it. It seems, like it or not, the word and its usage is not going anywhere.

There are many people who are dedicated to anti-racism work and Dr. Taharee Jackson is one of the best. In this episode, we take a look at some of her writings and lectures. She will break down the Ahmuad Arbery and George Floyd cases and give us some hope for the future as we look to crush the virus of racism.

Prof Seth Stoughton is returning to give his insight into what it will take to get a conviction in the George Floyd Case. Having an arrest of the main culprit, the other officers, and even upgrading of the charges is only half the battle. The real win will be a conviction followed by lengthy prison sentences.

In this ep, we are discussing the tragic death of Tyler Rushing. His father, Scott Rushing joins me to discuss the circumstances surrounding his son's death and how that turned him into an activist. He joins in with many reformers who wish that police would take a more cautious line when dealing with suspects.

I joined Pastor Stacey Jones on his Facebook Live. He is a lifelong good friend who is currently living in Minneapolis. We are speaking of the tragic and senseless death of George Floyd. Great convo and he will be returning in the future.
