We discussed the BlueZones: Five geographical locations where people live exceptionally long and high-quality lives and have the highest population fo centinarians. People who live in the Blue Zones eat a predominantly plant-based diet, have more physically active lives and experience greater social connection to other locations in the world. They are Icaria (Greece), Sardinia (Italy), Okinawa (Japan). Loma Linda (USA), Nicoya Peninsula (Cost Rica).
