Quarantine 2020

Bears wander down streets and look in windows, along with deer & other animals who have inherited the lands and waters of this spring. Many cartoons & memes depict this. Is this a house-check?

Clearly, this guy wants in.

My first quick outing to replenish food in some time, and found myself out at 7PM, the time when New York erupts in applause, honking car horns, cheers, horns, banging pots, you name it... in honor of all those working heroically in the midst of a pandemic, at which we are at the heart.

Stay Safe! Enjoy spring/summer, but be careful and live to enjoy more normal springs to come.

Very short clip here, just a quick glimpse of this anhinga, who had just dive-bombed into the water beyond the mangoves, and was about to go into submarine mode.

If you miss it, look dead center at the beginning and you can see the bird clearly, neck & beak, between the fronds. It then dives down and I follow it left into obscurity.
