We meet with Mikel over Skype from his place of work (Cardiff Metropolitan University).  Mikel is Senior Lecturer in Sports Psychology.  There is some background noise at times during the interview so please bear with us.  Mikel shines a light on the world of Sports Psychology which results in us asking him many questions!  Thank you for answering them all Mikel.   Also thanks to Amelia Nicholas for her Gran's recipe and of course we have Mike's amazing fact and some jokes from Keith.
