On paper, he is one incredibly intelligent dude.  A degree from Harvard, an MBA and MD from the University of Pennsylvania… so how did he wind up being a pill pusher with a daytime TV show?  Dr. Oz and his pseudoscience promotion have landed him in some controversy over the years and now have landed him in our courtroom.  Is Dr. Oz on to something here, or does he just like the paychecks that roll in each month from the diet pill du jour he puts his stamp on?  We’ll let you be the judge of that on the latest episode of AHC Podcast.
