This week on Purpose By Design we welcome Vicki Meyerding. Vicki and her husband, Case are traveling ministers. They work deeply in the Native Nations (First Nations) throughout the United States. Vicki and her family presently reside in Roseville, Minnesota.

Vicki and Casey bring truckloads of donations into areas that are hit hard by floods or other disasters. This gives them the ability to develop relationships with people while being an example of faith and love. Vicki is passionate about helping people become the best version of themselves.

Vicki's summer go to drink is the iced coffee and also Kabucha.

Vicki opens up her interview sharing her challenges growing up and encourages us that no matter what the challenge is they and can be overcome(7:41)

Vicki shares about being molested and raped. Which began for her at the age of 9 months(10:20).

Vicki grew up with a very low self worth/image. Which made her vulnerable and gullible to whoever or whatever would come along. Vicki ended up on the strip circuit in desperation to make money. Vicki explains how she understands being controlled, living in fear and feeling enslaved with no way out (14:10).

Vicki shares how she finally was able to escape from that lifestyle. (16:00) It all began when Vicki went to an audition. Which ended up being a church production. Where for the first time Vicki said she experienced "Real Love". Her life began to change and Vicki began discovering her Purpose !

Vicki say's her constant giddiness and joy is because, she is no longer a victim. 23:00

Because she can identify with being a victim and being victimized.Vicki is able to help so many people come out of that mentality (24:10)

Vicki gets gut to gut real when talking about rebuilding our Nation(29:15) and gives amazing advice on how to help EVEN if you feel so hurt and angry that you don't know if you can help. Vicki talks straight forward about the power of real listening and forgiveness.

This week on Purpose By Design we welcome Billy Joe Watts, Senior Pastor of The Rock Church in Tulsa Oklahoma. Billy Joe is also part of the John Maxwell Leadership Team which has given him a large coaching and training audience in the business community. Pastor Billy Joe is originally from St. Paul Minnesota, has been married 37 years and his favorite summer drink is a tall iced lemonade. Billy Joe shared two of his current favorite books (4:40) "The Leaders Greatest Return" by John C. Maxwell and "Today We Are Rich", by Tim Sanders. Billy Joe's passion is coaching, training, and mentoring people as they discover their God Given Purpose. Billy Joe gets real in this interview as he shares some of his personal experiences growing up in St. Paul, Minnesota and how his mother raised him to see "life's reality" differently . (10:10)

This podcast is like having a high powered training session in person with Billy Joe. You will walk away challenged and changed! I encourage you to take notes! Billy shares the importance of having the right narrative when we speak, in order to see change. He says, " No one can pass a Bill to make people love each other." Then he wraps up the interview with an incredible "Call To Action" - To stay out of wrong narratives. Stay in the middle of the road, and choose to be peacemakers .

This week on Purpose By Design we welcome Raymell Bentley. He is a Life Transformation Coach from Los Angeles, California. Raymell's passion is to see people renewed in spirit, soul and body so they can give birth to who they want to become. Raymell says his "All Purpose Book" for inspiration in life is the Bible.

Raymell grew up struggling with a poor self image, thinking he was not good enough. As a youth, Raymell had to learn a lot about life on his own. (8:15) Raymell had parents who walked a different life then what he chose for himself. Raymell gets real and personal as he shares some hard experiences he went through. Including being robbed and experiencing police brutality. (9:29) Raymell made a decision to stop being a victim and become a product of Life Transformation instead.

As Raymell shares, you will feel like you are with him on his journey. My favorite part is his epiphany moment that changed his life forever at the age of 21. (11:25) Raymell was a young man beginning to fill with aggression and anger. Instead of acting on the aggression and anger he turned inward and upward. Which he says changed the Landscape of his Life forever. Instead of just experiencing hard times, he would see the other side. Letting the lessons become blessings instead. Raymell says he chose to stand on his life instead of his life standing on him. In that way, his story could help others.

When I asked Raymell his insight about the condition of our Nation right now. His words were profound. " 2020 vision is accurate. We have it now. What we have been to busy to see we now have no choice but to see. Now as a nation we are in a place of transformation ". In this interview Nadine shares her heart surrounding the many challenges she faced growing up as a Black American Female. Her story is gripping and will cause you to rethink Many things. Nadine talks about how she for years lived a life that was not her own. Her story is about self discovery.

( 14:30)Nadine was born in Jamaica and moved to the USA as a young girl. Nadine mentions in her interview that she never knew what racism was until she came to America.

One of my favorite parts of this interview is when Nadine shares how she has stayed positive and centered throughout her life ( 35:40)

Nadine shares from her heart how she stepped outside of living a life that was what others wanted for her and into her own authentic life. (54:54)

Nadine's story is one that shows the power of Divine Purpose mixed with forgiveness.

Each one of us has a God-given purpose! No one is here by mistake. God told Jeremiah, "Jeremiah, I am your Creator, and before you were born, I chose you to speak for me to the nations."

Each one of us has a purpose and all of heaven has our backs. Right now part of our God-given purpose must be to rebuild and mine for hope together.

This week on Purpose By Design, we welcome Dray Fuller from Fort Myers, Florida.

Dray is a high school teacher, fitness coach, minister, husband and father. Dray is radically transparent and real. His manner of speaking just draws you into his story. He loves peach tea and say's Benny Hinn's book, "Good Morning Holy Spirit" changed his life. (An amazing book)

Dray's story is about rising above adversity.

When he was in the first grade his mother was incarcerated. Dray became the victim of much abuse while his mother was gone.

Dray said he felt powerless, which led to rage and anger. (14:28) .

Dray speaks openly about his mother's drug addiction and how it affected him . ( 15:10)

Dray is very athletic and in High School was an excellent football player but his temper got in his way. (17:16) .

One of my favorite stories Dray shares is about his mother and her freedom from a life of addiction (19:31)

Dray also shares the racial challenges he faced and his own limiting mindsets he fought.

His story clearly shows what Divine Design and hard work together can accomplish.

Dray closes out the interview by sharing incredible wisdom on the importance of diversifying our daily relationships In order to bring healing to our Nation.
