Dr. Peter Weinstein is the executive director of the Southern California Veterinary Medical Association and is a consultant who helps practices put together processes to provide a consistent experience for clients, patients, and staff.

**About Dr. Peter Weinstein**
Dr. Peter Weinstein attended Cornell University undergraduate and the University of Illinois to receive his DVM. After graduation, he worked as an associate for three years before opening his practice. While running his practice he identified the need for business acumen to make his practice successful. While managing and practicing full time, he attended University of Redlands to receive his MBA. As a result of the MBA, he was able to relocate, expand and sell his practice to a corporate consolidator. Politically, he served as President of the Southern California Veterinary Medical Association and the California Veterinary Medical Association and is a Past-President for VetPartners, the national consultants association. **About Dr. Natalie Marks**
Dr. Marks is the previous co-owner and current Medical Director of Blum Animal Hospital in Chicago. She grew up in rural Sterling, Illinois, and received her DVM degree from the University of Illinois in 2002 with high honors. Additionally, during veterinary school, she was awarded a position in the Cornell University Summer Leadership Program as a Summer Fellow. After graduation, Dr. Marks moved to North Atlanta for five years to practice small animal medicine at Allatoona Animal Hospital. She was the Veterinary Leadership Conference New Graduate Representative, president of the Greater Atlanta Veterinary Medical Society, and public relations chairperson for the Georgia Veterinary Medical Association.
