Ashley Little is a strong leader who has a passion for changing lives through education. She has been working in the for-profit education field for over 13 years. She has held many different leadership positions and she loves being able to help students who might not have the opportunity to attend a four year college continue to be successful. Ms. Little is an Entrepreneur and Best Selling Author who loves empowering women in many different walks of life to build confidence
emotionally, mentally, and spiritually through public speaking. Next, Ms. Little is a WomanSpeak Circle Leader Business Owner. She teaches women how to be more confident in every area of life through public speaking. She teaches them how to be more confident in their abilities to speak up and have a voice. She takes pride in helping women share their voices and deepen their leadership. She is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated and a
member of Alpha Phi Omega. She is very involved in her community, organizations and non-profits. Currently, she is one of the founders of “The Sweetheart Scholars Scholarship” along with three other powerful women. She believes Financial Freedom and Retirement is something we all want and need. Ms. Little received her undergraduate degree in English from North Carolina A&T State University. Next, she received her Master’s Degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology. Ms. Little is a mover and shaker and she continuously pushes herself to be better than she was yesterday. She gives GOD all the credit for everything that has happened in her life. She has strong faith and determination to be great. She believes her only competition is herself. Her favorite scripture is Philippians 4:13 “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me”.

Ebony Ormond-Ham is a brand all in herself, known as Three Times A Lady (3TL), which encompasses all of her business endeavors. The 3TL movement is one of Atlanta's greatest self-motivating actions, inspiring leadership and enlightening aspiring entrepreneurs and youth of all nationalities to achieve health, education, financial stability, professional development and spiritual awareness. She is the CEO and owner of the Eye Listen Empowerment Center, a mental health practice with three locations in metro Atlanta. She is also the founder of Sneakerhead Empowerment Center, a non-profit focused on uplifting and empowering youth. She is also an author. The small online bow tie business offers stylish neckwear that encourages confidence for individuals of all ages. May 2018 marked a full year in business for the kid operated company. 6-year-old Treandos Thornton is the President and founder of T&N Bow Ties and Apparel. His younger 3-year-old brother Noah is the Vice President of the family organization.



The team at T&N Bow Ties and Apparel believes that style can have a purpose which can help boost the confidence of young men and women throughout all communities. 6-year-old Treandos is on a mission to help people in various ways. He successfully led the 2016 and 2017 Community Holiday Food Drive which collected hundreds of canned goods for families throughout the Southeast.
