While the 1990s hyped up Area-51, the X-files, and Men in Black, one man took alien abductions into his own hands. Literally. Dr. Roger Leir searched for patients who claimed to have been abducted by aliens. From their bodies, he surgically removed suspicious metal fragments which he believed were implants from non-terrestrial intelligence.
