Dr. Ruth Waters is a consultant plastic and reconstructive surgeon at The University Hospital Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust in Birmingham, England. She is the former President of the British Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons. She has a specialist interest in aesthetic and reconstructive mircosurgery of the breast.
