The Lord wants us to understand that Prayer is always the means to triumph! We agree that Prayer is a major priority in our lives, and we fight the battle to be persistent and consistent. We agree, that Prayer is how we present our requests to the Lord, and it's also one of the ways that we hear from Him. But nowhere in the Bible it says it's God’s purpose to pamper us, freely fulfill all our desires, and give us exactly what we want. The question is will you dare to pray like the Prophet Daniel and learn from him – to be persistent and have an unrelenting prayer life; and to understand that there is more happening in the invisible (spiritual) realm which is far more powerful than the visible (natural) realm that brings doubt, fear, anxiety and not being settled. The Lord says we triumph in prayer because we never pray alone, and we always have God’s angelic help.

Proverbs 4, 23. Says to” Guard your heart above all else, for it determines the course of your life”. If you pay attention, this principle can absolutely change your life. Why, because it is what YOU think that determines the course of your life! So how do we do that? What does it mean to guard your heart? The question is "how did Jesus guard His heart, fully man. He guarded His heard by keeping His five senses under control? YOU too, have the same spirit living in you to help guide your eyes, ears, nose, mouth, etc. to walk victoriously in this life.

If the church world really dealt with that Jesus is the Son of God, we wouldn't be taking His name in vain. Instead of focusing on the Lord of the storm, we miss the profound reality of who our magnificent Jesus really is. Each of us will have to answer the question who are we worshiping, who are we talking to, who are we praying to, and who are we shouting Hallelujah to? The point is, Jesus is Lord – that’s who He Is. We give more attention to what He can do for us than we do to appreciating who He is. May we seek to know Him far more deeply than we seek after what He can do for us.

What is Grace? It is easy to assume you know what grace is and what it means. But to understand Grace, you need more than a dictionary definition, more than a theological explanation, you need an experience. You'll never understand the truth of what grace is about until you have an experience where you can say “the Grace of God rewrote my story”. You see, the mercy of God sets the pace, opens a door for the grace of God to flow out on you. Grace is everything the Lord wants to give you for a victorious life. Grace gives you what you do not deserve to have. The grace of God is a golden thread throughout the Bible and certainly throughout the New Testament. Again, the question is asked, what is grace? Why is it the unmerited, undeserved, unjustified, unwarranted favor which our Heavenly Father gives to those who love Him.

His mercies never cease. Great is his faithfulness. His mercies begin fresh each morning”. Yes, we participate in brand new abounding mercies poured out to us in each new day. Let us understand that the Mercy of God, is the expression of His compassion and His forgiveness toward mankind. It is His Mercy that withholds the judgement that we so deserve. Mercy said NO...it is the only possible solution to our sin soaked condition. So now, what is the cost I must pay for this Amazing Mercy of God?

“Warning – make sure you don’t drift away from the WORD”. In other words, once you have started, make sure you complete what you have started. The question is as a Christian, will you cross that final finish line with God, even going up in the Rapture?  We must remember, it matters who we have around us and particularly if you're a new Christian. Be mindful to those who are part of your family and the family of the church, be mindful where they are? Help them when you see them drifting, we are here to help each other stand together in this journey of Faith, running the race together. We are told to test our heart because if we don’t, it will become hardened - we need to keep our eyes on the finish line. This is our Warning from Hebrews 4 that declares that nothing is hidden from God - His Word is alive, and powerful, sharper than the sharpest two-edged sword...

As we are told by God to pay much attention to the book of Colossians… did you know your faith is only as strong as the depths of your roots in Jesus?
