The first book I read from Dr. Stan Tatkin was Your Brain On Love, about the neurobiology of healthy relationships… and I learned so much about myself when it came to my relationship attachment style and what my needs were according to that style. 

I then read Wired for Love, Relationship Rx, and his most recent book In Each Other’s Care.
