Dr Stephen Jurd is an addiction medicine specialist psychiatrist, Clinical Associate Professor at University of Sydney and has been instrumental in developing addiction recovery services and 12 step recovery centres across Australia, including The Sydney Retreat. Mia and Stephen sit down to talk about his personal experiences with addiction and how this lead him to specialise in such a stigmatised area of medicine.
