Dr. Susan Dellenger holds a Ph.D. In Communication from the U. of Colorado and was a faculty member at the U of Oregon. She moved from education to the corporate world as HRD Manager for GTE (Verizon)
in Tampa, Florida. Her Psycho-Geometrics® System is used in most major US Corporations and her book - “Communicating Beyond Our Differences” - is published in 8 languages.
Dr. Susan's system of communication style analysis is based on geometric SHAPE preference. The Psycho-Geometrics® training house includes over 40 licensed trainers/consultants representing 10 countries including China, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, U.K. and India.
Dr. Susan has spoken to over a million people in 28 countries and has been a guest speaker at the annual international
meeting of the Society of Emotional Intelligence.
