Dr. Heidi Snyder Flagg moved to New York City in 1999 after completing her Ob/Gyn residency at Brown University Woman and infants Hospital. Raised in Winfield, Kansas, Dr. Flagg is a fourth-generation physician and the first woman in her family to get her MD. Dr. Flagg, alongside Dr. Brina Maldonado, cofounded Spring Ob/Gyn in 2002. She also serves as the Assistant Chair of the research committee for the HL Snyder Medical Foundation. This research foundation started by her grandfather, Dr. Cecil Dawson Snyder, funds medical researchers at Dana Farber in Boston, Stanford University, the University of Kansas and Kansas State University. Dr. Flagg lives in downtown New York City with her husband, Chris and two children, Emmeline and Elliot.

Dr. Fino is actively involved in research and education and serves as the Associate Director of the NYU Langone Fellowship Program in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. As a clinician, Dr. Fino treats all aspects of infertility and reproductive disorders. Her areas of special interest include in vitro fertilization, fertility preservation in cancer patients, egg freezing, third party reproduction, preimplantation diagnosis, and LGBTQ health including fertility preservation in transgender individuals. She is Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility team provider for the NYU Gender & Sexuality Service at NYU Langone Medical Center. Dr. Fino also has special expertise in hysteroscopy and minimally invasive surgery for reproductive disorders including endometriosis, fibroids, and ovarian cysts.
Dr. Fino received her undergraduate degree from Georgetown University, Washington DC and her medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine. She then moved to New York City and completed both her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology and fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at NYU Langone Medical Center in New York, NY. Following her advanced training in reproductive endocrinology and infertility, Dr. Fino joined the renowned NYU Fertility Center Team in 2009.
Dr. Fino’s clinical articles have been published in the Journal of Assisted Reproduction and Genetics, Obstetrics & Gynecology, and Fertility & Sterility. She has received multiple awards throughout her time at the NYU Langone Medical Center where she continues to serve on the Board Of Graduate Medical Education for the NYU Residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Fino is a member of the New York Medical Society, the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) and the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG). She has been recognized as a Leading Physician of the World and Top Obstetrician, Gynecologist and Fertility Physician in New York, NY. She is an active member of the Fertility Preservation Special Interest group of the ASRM and serves on the Advisory Council for the Alliance for

Kevin Moore, DNP, RN has been the assistant director
for LGBTQ+ clinical services at NYU Langone Health (NYULH) for 3+ years and has been on staff at NYULH for almost a decade. He is a resource expert in all LGBTQ+ health care for all ages, including gender affirming medical care and the pre, intra, and post management of gender affirming surgeries. His varied career has led him to serve in multiple capacities such as emergency and trauma care, critical care, and post anesthesia care.
Moreover, Kevin has delivered over 10,000 hours of LGBTQ+ education to administrative and clinical leadership, clinical personal, and ancillary staff. He has led teams at NYULH regarding the electronic health care record infrastructure systems, updates regarding sexual orientation and gender identity (SOGI) data collection in EPIC, in addition to the implementation in outside vendor systems. In addition, over the course of his time at NYULH, he built an expansive list of LGBTQ+ care providers to offer members of the LGBTQ+ community in almost all levels of healthcare services including primary care, cancer care, dermatology, fertility, gynecology, gastrointestinal, rheumatology, plastic surgery, psychiatry and more. He is currently working with the population health department to add the LGBTQ+ community to our community health needs assessment in 2025 and 2028.
In 2021, he was featured as one of Johnson & Johnson's
Nurses Leading Innovation in Bridging Healthcare, Advocacy and Equity and in 2022 Kevin was named by Crain's New York Business as one of 95 top LGBTQ+ Leaders in New York. Kevin’s passion is to create a new patient focused model that incorporates an awareness of the social determinants of health that affect the outcomes of LGBTQ+ people, patients, and their families that can be a best in practice model for all healthcare facilities.
