Dragging it Down Under

Welcome to Dragging it Down Under, your soon-to-be favourite pod that celebrates DRAG in Australia and the World. Hosted by Jem and Mitzi, two enthusiasts who are obsessed with the artform of drag.

This week we have SO much Queen Tea it’s not funny: from Violet’s House of Canney snub, to Queen Kong taking out the gong for Drag Excellence of the year (snaps!) to Eureka and Kimchi’s RIDICULOUS beef, to the superstar new cast of Canada vs The World! We’ll also be deep-diving in on whether Ru was even IRL during the first season of Drag Race Down Under (ofc!) and topping it off with where you can catch a wonderful drag show near you this month. Don’t miss our second episode, and if you’re loving what’s going in your ear holes, please rate us 5-stars here on Spotify 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Are you a Drag Queen in Aus or NZ? Welcome to Dragging it Down Under, your soon-to-be favourite pod that celebrates DRAG in Australia and the World. Hosted by Jem and Mitzi, two enthusiasts who are obsessed with the artform of drag. This is our FIRST podcast (and the first time we’ve ever recorded anything ever so .. forgive us if the sound quality isn’t perfect, we will get there eventually!) We’re so excited to launch this show to the world every week. We’ll be structuring the show into three parts: the Queen Tea, a Drag Deep Dive and Drag near you. Don’t miss our first episode!
